What we are building
Jobz is a candidate + recruiter platform built around one belief: hiring should feel like progress, not paperwork. Candidates upload a resume once and their profile fills itself; recruiters see AI-scored shortlists instead of digging through hundreds of barely-relevant applications. Both sides get real-time updates, in-app messaging once a shortlist lands, and zero black holes.
Why we started
Every job board buries you in irrelevant listings and asks you to fill the same fields ten times. Every recruiter loses half a day per role sifting through applications that never should have arrived. We think both problems have the same fix: parse profiles once, score matches automatically, and let the humans on both sides spend their time on the conversations that actually matter.
